MONSTER

Monster Practice explores imagination, embodiment, and transformation through dance, improvisation, and visual expression.
Rooted in the creation of personal “monsters,” the practice invites bodies to shift, distort, and expand beyond familiar patterns.

Working across disciplines—movement, drawing, sound, and scenography—it constructs environments where fantasy reconfigures physicality and identity. Monsters become both companions and tools for exploring alternative ways of being, moving, and relating.
At once pedagogical and performative, Monster Practice unfolds as a method, a process, and a world-building act—asking what emerges when the imaginary takes form in the body and between bodies.
